Chicken Hell: A Ridiculously Addicting One-Button Arcade Game

A typical run lasts maybe 30 seconds to a minute. You click once to launch your chicken into the air, then keep tapping to boost whenever you start falling. Evil roosters drift in from the sides and you have to weave between them or boost at the right moment to dodge. Higher up, they get thicker and trickier to avoid. My first few runs I kept clicking too early and burning through boosts right at launch. Turns out timing matters, because if you boost when you're already going up, you waste it. I'd say expect to die a lot in the first 5 minutes before the rhythm clicks.

The controls are dead simple since it's a one-button setup. You use the left mouse button to launch your chicken, then click again while airborne to boost. Honestly, took me a minute to realize the mid-air click was a thing, because nothing tells you upfront. After that it's just mashing the mouse at the right rhythm to keep gaining height.

Compared to most one-button clickers, Chicken Hell actually has stuff to dodge, so it's not just a timing test. The rooster patterns give it a Flappy Bird-ish edge without feeling cheap. It's lighter on content than something like an endless runner, but the leaderboard grind fills that gap if you're competitive.
